Privacy Policy

In line with the new GDPR regulations that come into effect on 26thMay 2018 I am sharing my Privacy Policy with you all.

I want you to know that I am committed to keeping the information I hold about you private. Below I have outlined what information I may be storing, how I am storing it, what it is used for, and what you need to do should you want to either find out the information I hold about you, or want me to remove the information I hold about you.

The data I hold

This will be names, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers. It may also be information about ailments and injuries. Bank details for those who pay by card or via Glofox, and also contacts on social media platforms.

What I use this data for

This data is only ever used for communication, so I can share upcoming events, workshops, retreats, class information, and useful information. Your details are never shared with a third party, sold, or otherwise mis-used.

Where this data is held

This data is held in Glofox, which itself is GDPR compliant. Email communication will mean that your email addresses will be on my email server, again this is GDPR compliant. Social media contacts are all within the social media platform and not stored elsewhere. I also hold paper records. These are kept in a locked filing cabinet.

The security of the data I hold

Access to your data is restricted to me, Faye Riches, and where possible all systems used are deemed to be compliant with the new regulations.

The length of time I hold your details for

I do not have a set time limit for holding personal data. However, if you would like me to remove your data from my files, please let me know.

Your right to know what data I hold about you

If you would like to know what information I hold, please let me know, I will be more than happy to share these details with you in a secure and complaint manner.

Destruction of data

Paper documents are shredded and securely disposed, details held electronically are permanently deleted off all my systems.

If you do not wish for me to keep hold of your details, and do not want me to contact you in the future, please let me know.
