Level 1
Foundation Thai Yoga Massage Prerequisite: None, however some level of anatomy and physiology is helpful
You will learn full front position, the energy (sen) lines, stretches, acupressure points & proper use of weight using thumbs, palms, elbows, knees & feet. This course also emphasises deep abdominal (hara) work.
Upon completion you will be able to perform an effective 1-2hr Thai Massage. Manual Included
Cost
£495 or 4 monthly instalments of £148.75. There is an additional cost of certification from ITM Chiang Mai Thailand 🇹🇭 approx £50/60 depending on exchange rate at the time.
