Step into the transformational light of Spring Equinox with special guest Claire from Evolutionary Sound!

Asana practice followed by a meditation/savasana Sound Bath with Alchemy Crystal Bowls!

This workshop is about taking your awareness away from sense objects and the things that create a downward energy and diverting your awareness to the light of sense perception, to the self, acknowledgement of your Prana, your lifeforce, your vibration, that which creates upward energy. We pay attention to the way the body moves and sways in repeat patterns of asana to asana with the music and the breath as our guide

Your asana practice is then followed by a meditation/savasana Sound Bath with Alchemy Crystal Bowls. The unique properties produce a unique sound to each bowl and they each have a powerful ability to affect you in such a way that they restore your cells and every part of your body back to balance. Aligning your unique frequency, bringing you to a place of inner peace and harmony.

Like seeds that were plunged into the darkness, planted in fertile soil, we too begin to move and grow into the light, with joyful anticipation of all that is to be manifest from our deepest desires and intentions.
